Welcome to Twist and Turn Gymnastics! I am so glad you are here. Let me introduce myself. I am Lydia Gable & this is my husband, Ty Gable. We started this buisness with a divine vision and we are looking forward to sharing it with you.

 I did competitive Trampoline and Tumbling (T&T) Gymnastics out of Joplin, MO, for 12 years. I dedicated my life to the sport, and in 2015, I had to retire the leo for scrubs.

I have always loved the sport, and it has been my dream for many years to have my own gym and help other kids pursue their dreams. We are now fulfilling that dream and can not wait to walk through this with all of you! We are so happy you chose Twist and Turn Gymnastics for your child!
