Twist and Turn Gymnastics competes in the Trampoline and Tumbling discipline under the USA Gymnastics Association.
Since we are just starting out with our competitive team, we are under the umbrella of the Flip Shop out of Joplin, MO.
Team is by invitation only and will train at a specific time each week, the competetion season typically runs from November to July.
